Q: So, I would prefer that my clients only log into one dashboard to manage their reports, what are the dashboards about exactly?

Can I have all 25 dashboards inside of one sub domain?

A: Hi there, and thank you for your interest in Reportz.

Yes you can have all 25 dashboards inside one sub domain.

Regarding your first question, to confirm, do you want your clients to have access to one particular dashboard where all your other dashboards are listed? Those dashboards can also be password protected so only one client can access them, but they all can see the list.

OR do you want all your clients to have their shared data in one dashboard?

You can see the dashboard on this white-labeled domain that is password-protected:

testpass

Thanks for the information, & good morning! Basically, I'm looking to have one sub domain that my clients login to, & they have their own SEPARATE dashboards. Where the clients can only see their own information. Is that possible?

Good morning!
It is possible :)

If you whitelabel reports to your domain, for example, https://reports.fourdots.com

Then you just create separate dashboard reports per client (with one code, you get 25 dashboards, so 25 clients, basically).

You share with one client only their dashboard report and give them a unique password.
For example, https://reports.fourdots.com/dashboards/5L765384e393f107 (password is "testpass")

Clients don't need to log into your Reportz account, they just have a link to their report and the password to open it.

This should check all the boxes for your use case :)

Also, not sure if I already posted this, but we have some great news :))
