Q: When I bought Serpstat, the offer didn't include the white label reporting but Appsumo team told us that it ...

was not a problem because soon there would be reportz offer with which it would be possible to publish report. But it seems that it's not possible.
Please, could you explain to me if it will be possible or not? And if it's possible, what are the real limitations?
Thank you.

Hmm, let's get something straight.

We have no affects in SerpStat and what they are doing as a company. We just have integration with them - which we did since a lot of you guys use SerpStat.

SerpStat had plan changes from last year and have limited the calls per an account a lot.

Note that Reportz doesn't do anything with your calls, our tool is just a "showboard" where you place data from multiple sources.

With Reportz you can publish a report, yeah it is custom reporting tool so I guess this is what we do :)

Regarding Reportz we don't have limitations per widget, integrations or user places it is all unlimited.

And the white label is free.

As well as customization.

:)

Thank you for your answer. What do you mean when you say "Reportz does not do anything with your call"? I thought that to generate a report with data from serpstat, you need to use the calls. If yes, how many calls would be needed to generate a report?

When I said we don't use calls, I meant we do not have our formula or usage of your calls - you use your SerpStat API to show data in Reportz - so we do not make any additional spend to you.

I don't know the exact number - but when I tested the account on SerpStat (since I am RankRanger user and I don't work in SerpStat that much) I think it used 1 call for the one keyword as I remember.

My suggestion is to reach out to their support and ask what are the differences they made regarding plans and resources....especially if you bought it through AppSumo. :)

Hope it helps.
