Terrible Support - Nothing For Over a MONTH
Terribleand I mean TERRIBLE support. Nothing for over a month. This company offers other software, I used those supports to BEG for a response. Would never recommend these guys

This was difficult to navigate, didn't have the customization options that I wanted, and overall wasn't a fit for my company.

A potential gem
This would be a nice solution for reporting if the team focuses on support and responds to client feedback. It already has the trickiest thing that is getting the data from a lot of different sources, but the widgets and interface are still so limited, we cannot mix data yet, customize widgets, make filters, or sum totals. I mean, we have the data, but not possible to show in a proper and convenient way according to our customers' requirements. Sadly, I requested a refund now, but I will be happy to join again when the team answers the feedback and keeps developing and supporting. It has a big opportunity to beat Whatagraph, which costs +$2.5k/year
