After 1 year : 1) can I stop using all the accounts without paying nothing ? 2) I noticed only 10 clients during the year wanted this option, can I downgrade ? 3) the 40% discount is only for the second year or also for the following years ? 4) each client has to go on your website right? your backoffice is also in french/italian? because we have clients speaking those languages, if not do you plan to translate it and when?

If I were to select the 6 code option, at the end of the year if I only need enough sub accounts for the 3 code @ 30 sub-accounts, can I downgrade and still get the 40% discount or am I stuck paying for the full 6 stack?
A: Hi, in case the account is not renewed after the year, it'll be disabled just like any other online service - channels won't be monitored for new reviews and widgets will no longer work.
