If the product isn't being supported anymore, refunds should be issued to anyone who purchased LTD since they abandoned the product.
And Subdomain.Reslash cost us some extra $$$ I really wish we can have an option or apply our LOGO during a Login for a small branding It would be wonderful :)

Could you please clarify what does 1,000 guest minutes per month mean and how does it work?
If I run an event for 8 hrs in one day which is 480 minutes, then I can only invite 2 guests to that event (as 480 x 2 = 960 minutes)? And, then I will not be able to run any event for that month? I hope I get dumb-founded ;-)

A: If you go for the team plan, all team members get unlimited minutes. Guests who enter space, their minutes would get deducted from the guest minutes. If you're looking to use Reslash for events, Reslash event plan may be much better fit because you can get attendees - 750 monthly on Tier 4.
Q: Had an embarassment when the guest and I could not join my room.
I have reached out to Reslash support but it seems like the product itself is not supported now. Let's see.

What response did you get? I could not use reslash for a small catchup with colleagues. I have raised a ticket, let's see what they say.
