Regarding guests: Let's say I have a meeting with 10 guests and the meeting is over.
1. How can I prevent the guests from staying for another 2 hours and using up 1200 minutes? Is there any way to "close" a room or boot guests from our side?
2. How about the guests logging back into the room later. Any way to prevent this? Can I delete a room and that solves the problem?
3. Do team members have admin status and can do everything? Or can I separate groups of team members to only use specific rooms?

You can change the room setting from public to team and it would close it for guests.

Yes, you're able to delete the room. You can also open and close it for guests like I mentioned above. We are also adding a 'knocking' feature where they would explicitly need your permission to get in.

Team members do not have admin status by default. They have the ability to be space admins or room admins for specific rooms.
