Q: I can't get anyone to respond to my support requests.
I can't even leave a review for this product. What a loss of money. I will post my dissatisfaction on Negative Star Reviews!

Same here. Sent 2 e-mails to Support and only got one reply, but no action taken on my requests. Can't even use the tool at this point because of they're non-response
If the product isn't being supported anymore, refunds should be issued to anyone who purchased LTD since they abandoned the product.

What response did you get? I could not use reslash for a small catchup with colleagues. I have raised a ticket, let's see what they say.
