Will you ever update this software to do a better job of removing background noise and hiss? I agree with others posting here that your mid-2024 update made software worse, not better. In 2025 I use Resound only to help identify and eliminate long pauses and "uhs" in voice...

I used this very little but always loved the results I got. Now I am getting useless results when sweetening clips of audio. What a bummer!
Feels completely useless now to make audio sound better.
I was having my friend record ads on his iphone in his truck then making the audio nice with this in a 1 click process. Now it's a big mess. very bummed.
what changed? using OBS, i just recorded the same Demo that Resound used in their youtube video on the deal and exported to mp4. i then uploaded to Resound and used the Enhanced feature. it sounds identical to the police report in their deal video sample. bit better even!
was it just a bug? i'd like to repro the issue. theres a comment about policy updates but i dont see problem
The deal is over. I don't think anybody from Resound will ever bother answering anything here now... Hope you extracted enough value out of the deal you purchased because this was a clear bait-and-switch.
I recommend you try out Xound.io. I've switched to using this product ever since the May update issues with Resound, and it works great. I highly recommend using Xound.io instead of waiting on Resound because my understanding is that the update issues are extremely complex to fix.

But the Redeem instructions seem to only apply on new account creation?
