Templates are Great but Emails Outdated And Scattered Relevance
This app seems to have some potential the templates are great but I ended up having to refund in the end. I had a campaign of about 100 emails a day and at least 10% of them were bounce backs despite paying extra credits for enrichment. Some were also off base entirely (like a municipal fire department when trying to pitch a news story on quantum computing). Otherwise it was good. Tried podcast, listicle, and news story outreach. The bounce back issue seems to apply to every database based service which is why I still gave 3 tacos. Unfortunately, so many bounce backs my provider almost bans me is an irreconcilable difference so didn't even bother reaching out to support because thats not a fixable issue. Didn't try any other features or have use for them, purchased solely for the outreach described above.

Sep 9, 2026Hey Jeremy, thanks for the honest writeup and for giving it a fair shot across three campaign types.
A few things worth clearing up for you and anyone else reading.
On bounces: 10% is way higher than it should be. Every contact we charge credits for goes through verification first, and we only charge when the email comes back valid. That said, no verification service catches everything, especially catch-all domains and inboxes that go stale between verification and send. Our typical bounce rate sits well under 5%. If you were seeing 10% on 100 sends a day, something was off, and I'd have wanted to look at the account. We also refund credits on contacts that bounce, so you wouldn't have eaten that cost either way.
On relevance: a fire department showing up for a quantum computing pitch means the search pulled in results that were technically matching your query but not your intent. That's a search setup issue, not a database issue.
The fix is tightening the query and using the inspect and remove actions before you push opportunities into a sequence, so you're only spending credits on contacts that actually fit. We could have gotten you there in a 15 minute call.
I get that you didn't reach out because it felt unfixable. Totally understand the logic. But this one was fixable, and it's exactly the kind of thing we help people with every day.
If you ever want to give it another run, reach out to us directly via [email protected] and we'll set you up.
