You’re absolutely right—the wording can be confusing, and we appreciate your feedback.

Here’s how it works:

Tier 1 & 2 (Personal Plans):
You can generate unlimited resumes, but only for up to 3 individuals (yourself, friends, or family). This means each person can create as many versions or styles of their own resume as they want, but you can’t create resumes for more than 3 people in total.

Why “Unlimited Resumes” wording?
Our intent was to highlight that you aren’t limited by the number of resume versions you can create for those 3 users. But you’re correct—the number of people is capped.

Agency Plans (Tiers 3, 4, 5):
If you have agency, each needing their own resume or if the agency is going to create resumes for multiple users—the agency plans (Tiers 3, 4, and 5) are designed for this scenario:

- Each candidate gets their own login (you control who gets access), and can create unlimited resume versions for themselves.
- As an agency admin, you can also create resumes for multiple candidates directly from your dashboard—perfect if you want to manage everything yourself.
- The number of candidates you can add depends on the user limit of your chosen agency plan.
