Q: Tiers are CONFUSING
Tier 5 say 40 user licenses, what is a user license? Because Tier 6 says 500 resumes/mo.
I am looking for one of the white label one ... where I can rebrand it, add my domain, logo, name. etc and allow user to create account, charge them my own fee and have access to all features...That6 been set, please confirm that all I asked is possible. and if it is, how will it be different from Tier 5 and 6 ... 5 say '40', 40 what? 40 resume per month?
Even the 'Unlimited resumes cover letters' ... it says '500 resumes/month (agency)' ... So if I pay 849 for unlimited cover letter, but I pay 1999 for 500?? The 'Unlimited resumes cover letters' line is for Cover letter or resume?
It is really confusing and makes no sense for me. I see other people ask similar question and you didn ot reply to all questions, Please reply to each of my points.

Mar 27, 2026A: Hi! Totally understand the confusion — there are genuinely different use cases across the tiers, so let me break it down clearly:
Tiers 3, 4, 5 — White Label Platform (your use case)
These are built for exactly what you described:
✅ Your own branded domain
✅ Your own logo and name
✅ Users can create accounts on your platform
✅ Configure Stripe so your users can subscribe to your own plans and pay you directly
✅ Integrations like Intercom and PostHog for support and analytics
✅ Configure your own SMTP to send emails from your email address
✅ Dashboard to track usage (e.g., how many resumes your users create)
The "40 user licenses" in Tier 5 = up to 40 subscribed users on your platform (unlimited registered users). If you are looking for more than 40, just drop us an email at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Tiers 6 & 7 — Career Coach / Agency Use
These are a completely different use case — designed for career coaches who create resumes *on behalf of* their clients, without giving clients direct platform access. Since it's the coach/team doing the work, the limit is on the number of resumes generated per month, not on user accounts.
So to directly answer your question:
For your use case (white label, user accounts, charge your own fees), **Tier 3, 4, or 5** is the right fit. If 40 users isn't enough, reach out at [email protected] and we'll work with you.
Also happy to jump on a quick call and walk you through everything live — just email us and we'll get something scheduled. Hope that clears things up!
Ok make sense now, but one last thing. I know you say Tier 3-4-5 are whitelabel, but in here, it show WL is nor part of the tier 3-4 ... is that a mistake you will fix or?
Also, to make sure I get it, in Tier 4, I can have 20 people signing up with my own branding and my own price (with Stripe) and they using y version of the software...right?

Whitelabelling is only part of Tier 5 on Appsumo. If you would like to have it for Tier 3 or 4, you need purchase it as an add-on at $149.
Yes, With Tier 4 + whitelabelling, you can have up to 20 subscribed users at a time on your branded subdomain (either you can add them through user management or they can signup and purchase from your stripe plans).
Also, If 1 stop their subscription, can I add a new one? Or it is 20 one time sub.
