Deceptive about the ATS Score Checker feature
The claims related to the ATS Score Checker feature are deceptive and misleading. ResumeUp.ai does NOT allow you to upload a PDF of your resume and get a score for YOUR resume to find out how good/friendly/compatible YOUR format of resume is for ATS systems. Instead, when you upload your formatted resume, the platform extracts information from your resume and put your info into an incredibly ugly (and poor, inefficient layout use of space) format instead. So if you want to use your own layout format and simply find out an ATS compatibility score for YOUR layout, ResumeUp.ai does NOT do that.

I want to clarify: our ATS Score Checker is built to give you robust ATS suggestions and, with our “Fix with AI” option, you can automatically improve your resume content in just a click. That’s why we convert your resume into our editable format - to help you fix issues on the spot with AI-powered suggestions.
If you prefer to just check your ATS compatibility, you can still upload your resume, get personalized suggestions, and then update your resume directly in your own template. ATS systems today are more focused on keyword matching than ever, which is exactly where we put a lot of effort to help you stand out.
