Keeps losing information and I have to start all over again
It's decent software—when it works. My husband has been attempting to use the software for two days now. It's lost his resume information three times. It just completely wipes it all out and he has to start over nearly from the beginning. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because, when it works, it's fine. We just can't seem to get it to stay working.
(And before anyone asks, no, the problem isn't between the keyboard and chair—he's an SQA Engineer and he's beyond frustrated. I think if he were writing this review, it would be 1 taco.)

I’m really sorry about this. Losing work three times is extremely frustrating, and this should not have happened.
ResumeUp.AI autosaves continuously, and from what you're describing there are two ways our autosave can currently fail:
1. if the connection drops for a moment mid-save, the save can fail silently instead of retrying, and
2. if the same resume is open in two tabs, the older tab can overwrite the newer one when it syncs.
We’re already working on improving autosave and also adding a manual “Save” button, so users can save their progress more safely. In the meantime, please email us his account details at [email protected]. We'll pull the logs, find exactly where it broke, and recover the data.
