Q: another question
so what worries me here is the browser extension and linkedin - as many know using an extension to scrape linkedin info is against their TOS, so if a person is logged in and the extenstion is used that will defo ban a person's account eventually.
Been there done that and been banned, so how you have automations like this when they can not be safe?

I would make the analogy that this is like using Comet or Atlas browsers to do tasks for you. This is a general purpose agent with LinkedIn just being a useful usecase.
Additionally we have dataset providers that have compiled LinkedIn profile/company/posts/contact data that the agent just queries to do the enrichment for you without ever opening Linkedin.
The agent only needs to visit LinkedIn for tasks like sending connection requests/DMs, syncing messages.
