No, you can have multiple chatbots in each workspace, up to the limit of your Tier (unlimited for Tier 4)
Hi, Not quite clear on what the "workspace" purpose is. - with Tier 4, can we allow each of our clients to access their own workspace and submit their own API key, and set up their own chatbot?
