Can we transfer the chat to agent, live human? It seems you mentioned this is coming, one user requested SMS to notify the agent of the transfer alert. Which sounds cool!
Will the platform allow agents to takeover to chat in the platform, to takeover where Bot gets stuck or they request live human to help?
