My question is to Sumolings who are verified purchasers.
1. Is retune really that good?
2. I purchased a previous AS chatbot offering Tiledesk (which seems more mature and organized). Does anyone who purchased feel this mature will be around after 2 years?
3. Anyone got a use case?
4. Is this feasible for a newbie, not looking to learn how to utilize a complex tool.
Lol, I have more questions because there is also another chatbot on here. Such high praises sometimes are incentivized incentive or super fans of tools.
Anyone Sumoling who can provide an answer to 1 of the 3 questions above, all three or offer more benefits of retune. Please free to help me understand if it is worth it!

Although I am working hard to build re:tune as a both "powerful" AND "simple" product, I personally think we are still leaning more towards being "powerful" at the expense of being "simple", and with our current rate of shipping features, it might stay that way for next couple months.
That is not to say that a beginner can not get a lot done with re:tune, they certainly can. However, there are (and will be) so much more that can be built with re:tune that might require some tech-savviness to take full advantage of.

Hello and hopefully they will, I would like to hear from them. However, since you are here. Thank you for responding. You mentioned powerful and so much more can be built with re:tune. Can you provide a few examples that aren't too proprietary for your business. But, something that would really inspire someone who has several chatbots that re:tune is the one?
The limitations are unlimited I see, we still have to bring our API keys. So, that isn't exactly groundbreaking, lol had it been unlimited on retune hooray lol.
Is there anything you would like to add that has been developed which you and your team are excited about?
