NoParadeQ: When i give it a url of a knowledge base it says only 200 urls are scraped.
What if my knowledge base has 1000 sites/urls?
1) How can I make sure to get all 1000 sites the bot can answer from?
2) If the knowledge base is from GoHighlevel.com, but i want my bot to use this kb , but replace Highlevel / Gohighlevel with my company name in all its answers - would that work?
3) Human takeover is planned? How will it work?
4) Pabbly - any eta for this?
5) Can I collect Name and Email first before a visitor asks questions?
6) GHL Integration is upvoted, what would that look like?

May 14, 2024A: Hi there! Let me address your questions one by one:
1. Due to technical constraints, we are currently limited to scraping only 200 URLs per job. However, we're working on XML sitemap integration to resolve this. For now, you may have to run multiple scraping jobs using different sets of URLs to cover your entire knowledge base.
2. Right now the bot will be trained on the data available in the websites. However, to achieve what you want, you can say in the Bot Restriction settings something like "Never mention GoHighLevel, always replace any reference of GoHighLevel with XYZ when answering to the user"
3. Yes, human takeover in the chat is on our roadmap. We are designing this feature so that human agents can jump into the conversation any time they want. You will also be able to enable or disable AI chat based on time of the day.
4. Pabbly is a great platform - and we'd love to support that too! We don't have an official ETA on this yet, but it's definitely coming soon since we are already working on Zapier and a lot of the work will be similar to other automation platform.
5. Capturing lead information as part of the natural conversation is coming soon - although note that it will not be a form and instead the AI will get these information as part of the natural conversation.
6. We haven't yet planned the GHL integration in the details. Let me know if you have any requests and we can address them when we plan the integration.

#Most important here would be to have the lead information be available as Trigger /Webhook to forward this data (via Zapier/Pabbly) to a CRM or other software. Without that we are totally limited.
