A scam cash grab software. No development on Retune
Tried re:tune and initially, it seemed like a promising roadmap, especially considering the attractive price point and the added benefit of unlimited chat. However, its almost a year now, nothing had changed and they deleted all their road maps, kicking anyone who questions about the development on Retune.
I'll echo the other sentiments here. Feels like the entire app went belly up around the time my refund passed. I've tried to contact their customer service multiple times and haven't had ONE single response back. Barely functions at this point. The AI is not referencing any materials we upload, and we we try to train it it still hallucinates answers. Took us 15 seconds to upload data to a bot in ChatGPT and it was a night and day difference. Not sure how this company can mess it up this bad, but after seeing all the 1 star reviews, it makes complete sense. Yet another cash and dash.

I bought a full stack a couple months ago, and it seems like these guys disappeared the day that the refund period expired. It seemed to work reasonably well at first, and now the whole thing just ... hangs. A great big steaming pile of disappointment and regret. It's because of pinheads like these guys that I have begun to shy away from ALL Appsumo deals entirely. I understand there is a hit-and-miss factor, but for crying out loud, is it really too much to ask these deal providers to have a shelf life longer than buttermilk?!!!
It's full of bugs and I can't use it. It shows errors and does not recognise the API. It also says the software is deprecated. Tried to reach support, sent an email and guess what? As numerous individuals have reported. Lack of support. No one answers in the other end. Be careful buying this if it comes back. Bear in mind if you encounter problems with it, no one will solve them and you will lose your money. It is not free messages as well as they try to make you believe. You can only use this software if you open ai for your API. Otherwise, it does not work. You will also share the same API for all the chatbots, so if you are an agency, you won't be able to sell this to your clients. Useless!
