resentful towards re:tune
I'll echo the other sentiments here. Feels like the entire app went belly up around the time my refund passed. I've tried to contact their customer service multiple times and haven't had ONE single response back. Barely functions at this point. The AI is not referencing any materials we upload, and we we try to train it it still hallucinates answers. Took us 15 seconds to upload data to a bot in ChatGPT and it was a night and day difference. Not sure how this company can mess it up this bad, but after seeing all the 1 star reviews, it makes complete sense. Yet another cash and dash.
