Not working anymore

The RightHire app has vanished completely. The website is no longer accessible, with Wix confirming that it does not exist. It appears they shut down abruptly without any prior announcement.

Bought 9 months ago. Now they are out of business. Woke up to get redirected to a wix generic page. Welcome to the AppSumo experience.

This system seems to have promise, but it is not ready for use in hiring.

It's *very* slow to load. I literally click on something (a report, an assessment, etc.) and then navigate away because it will be at least 90 seconds before anything happens. It's also very buggy. Sorting by probability sorts the percentages as text rather than as numbers. The candidate list shows only emails — you must to download and view the candidate report to see the applicant's name. You can download a csv file of the applicants, but that file doesn't include names or links to the reports. Today I can't view or download reports. Worse, I have candidates sending me screen shots of their completed assessment, but the system shows the assessment as "Open" with no scores. A candidate cannot take more than one assessment using the same email address. When invited, the second assessment will show up in their dashboard but cannot be accessed. The only way we've found to get around this is to game the system by re-registering with an altered email (like +1@...).

This is perhaps the worst purchase I've made on AppSumo, and a regret using it during this hiring cycle. It has been a poor experience for applicants and reflects badly on my business.

Well done team. Really like where this is heading and i believe it offers v good value for the price.

Sure’s there’s more sophisticated products out there with more customisation of tests etc but this is way more powerful than i was expecting and ii expect it will only get better.
