**A lot has changed since our first launch! **

When we first launched on AppSumo in early 2025, RobinReach was a much earlier product. Since then, we have been heads down building and have shipped a ton, including MCP & API access, Telegram & Google Business Profile support, Community Inbox, e-commerce integrations, approval workflows, BYOK, and a whole lot more.

The product today is genuinely a different beast. 💪

I want to be upfront here because you all deserve that. Some limits have been adjusted for this relaunch:

• Social profiles: 5 / 15 / 40 / 200 across tiers
• AI-generated images: 20 / 50 / 100 / 500 across tiers
• RSS feed integrations: 1 / 3 / 10 / Unlimited across tiers

These changes help us build a more sustainable product so we can keep improving and supporting you long term. We would rather set realistic limits and consistently over-deliver than the other way around.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?

RobinReach was born from my personal struggle to stay active on social media while juggling multiple accounts. Most tools were either too expensive or didn’t meet all my needs. I wanted to create an affordable, all-in-one solution for small businesses and agencies to simplify content creation, cross-posting, and automation.

I’m passionate about RobinReach because it makes social media management easy and accessible, empowering businesses to focus on growth without the high costs or complexity of traditional tools.

What problem is your product solving and how?

RobinReach solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts and creating consistent content without the complexity and high costs of traditional tools. It simplifies content creation, cross-posting, and automation across major platforms, all in one place.

We want to gather insights from early adopters to continuously improve RobinReach and ensure it meets the needs of small businesses, agencies, and freelancers. Additionally, we’re hoping for increased virality and word-of-mouth to help us expand our user base and build a strong community around our platform.

What are your plans with the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign?

With the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign, our plans are:

Customers: We’ll focus on building strong relationships with early adopters, gathering valuable feedback to refine the product, and providing excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. We plan to create a community of users who actively contribute to RobinReach’s growth.

Cash: The funds from the campaign will be reinvested into product development, enhancing features based on user feedback, and improving marketing efforts to drive further growth and awareness.

Learnings: The insights gained from customer feedback and usage patterns will guide our roadmap, ensuring we address the real needs of our target audience. We’ll also leverage this information to improve user experience, optimize onboarding, and scale the platform effectively.
