What’s the #1 thing you’re looking to gain from the AppSumo campaign?
The #1 thing I’m looking to gain from the AppSumo campaign is feedback and user growth. We want to gather insights from early adopters to continuously improve RobinReach and ensure it meets the needs of small businesses, agencies, and freelancers. Additionally, we’re hoping for increased virality and word-of-mouth to help us expand our user base and build a strong community around our platform.
What are your plans with the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign?
With the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign, our plans are:
Customers: We’ll focus on building strong relationships with early adopters, gathering valuable feedback to refine the product, and providing excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. We plan to create a community of users who actively contribute to RobinReach’s growth.
Cash: The funds from the campaign will be reinvested into product development, enhancing features based on user feedback, and improving marketing efforts to drive further growth and awareness.
Learnings: The insights gained from customer feedback and usage patterns will guide our roadmap, ensuring we address the real needs of our target audience. We’ll also leverage this information to improve user experience, optimize onboarding, and scale the platform effectively.
