I bought RobinReach in May 2025 and it’s become a tool I use every week. I’ve tried plenty of social media tools over the years, but this is one I’ve stuck with. It works well, uptime has been good and I can rely on it to keep my posts going out consistently.

Social media is my main way of finding customers for my small business, so that reliability matters. RobinReach has plenty of features, but my main requirement is straightforward: let me schedule posts across multiple platforms and reliably publish them. It’s delivered on that.

...Getting started with social media can be hard work. Before you’ve had much practice, a post or video can take ages to create and still get very few views. Keeping the process simple makes it easier to stick with it and being able to upload in one place and schedule across several platforms really helps!

Before RobinReach, I was mainly posting on TikTok. When I expanded to other platforms, particularly Instagram, I actually found more success there! It made posting across those platforms easier to manage.

I’m now about to upgrade for access to X.com and an API key. I’m excited to explore using AI to tailor posts more specifically for each account. If you’re thinking along similar lines, I’d consider paying a little extra for API/MCP access.

I’d happily recommend RobinReach to anyone looking to grow and manage their social media accounts. For me, its biggest strength is simple: it’s reliable, and it makes consistent posting easier.

RobinReach has been a genuinely helpful tool for managing my business’s social media. I’ve had success using it to prepare and manage posts, and the platform is intuitive and easy to find my way around.

The support has stood out, too. They’ve been quick to respond when I’ve had questions about how current features work or asked about possible new features. The answers have been helpful, and I appreciate being able to get clarification without a long wait.

I really like the concept behind RobinReach, and most of my experience with the platform was positive. Unfortunately, too many of my scheduled posts were missed, and thumbnails were not uploaded correctly or consistently to Facebook and YouTube. Since reliable publishing is the main reason I use this type of service, those issues became difficult to overlook.

I’m sure RobinReach will continue improving, because the foundation and overall idea are strong. For now, I have decided to try another provider, and the change has already greatly improved my workflow.

I genuinely wish the RobinReach team continued success and hope these reliability issues are resolved over time.

Great concept, and it works like a charm when you use their platform with an MCP connection to Claude for your own brand, but try sharing the link with a client. That's when things go off the rails. I upgraded my purchase so I could share an access link with my clients. But the access link you get includes a link to their website where the client can sign up for their own account and subscription.

I created the link to share with my client just as the instructions tell me to. I shared it with my client, but they told me they can only add one account. But I have the tier 3 offer with 40 available, so that should not be an issue. I asked them to send me a screenshot.

When I asked my client to send me a screenshot of what they were seeing, it was the RobinReach sign-up page with their pricing, etc.

I took up my problem with their support, and it took 10 days for them to get on a call with me and tell me that this is not a problem anyone else has had and that it's my client's fault.

Needless to say, I'm not very happy, as it's cost me one month's fee for the social media work I was doing for my client so far, on top of what I paid for this offer here on AppSumo.

I am so impressed with this tool and especially the support team. I have made suggestions that quickly became features, and have gotten quick and regular feedback on updates that have already far exceeded my expectations for this tool. I am still setting it up to best handle my workflow but I can already say with confidence this is one of the best deals I have ever grabbed on Appsumo. Well done Shaher and team, I can't wait to see what you come up with next.
