Q: All the RoboForm deals I've seen so far (ex: bitsdujour) are for new users only...
This deal doesn't specify... I've been using RF for many years now and RF Everywhere since it came out (last time I renewed for the 5 years plan I think...). I've been offered the Business plan, but didn't get it...
So:
1- If I already have RF Everywhere, does it still apply?
2- Will it transform my RF Everywhere account (and it's remaining years) to the Business lifetime account, or I need to do it differently?
3- I have a RF Everywhere account and my wife has one as well: can we merge them both in this Business account (and keep our separate sites/passwords)?
4- What are the main differences between Business and Everywhere (I guess it allows us to manage multiple accounts, but is it the only thing)?
That's a great deal for me! I've been offered lifetime access to LastPass for surper low prices few times and I hesitated... but finally always kept RF instead as it's so great and works better on tablet and mobiles than LastPass...!

P.S. Probably received an email to extend my subscription the last time, since my subscription is valid for 6 more years...! ;)

Terrible!
How can AppSumo present a deal like this?
I am a new BUSINESS user, I have a personal license with my passwords. But my business does NOT have a license.
So my business wants to buy a license now.
Of course, as I wont be able to have two instances running, I want to merge / import my own account to the new account owned by my business.
How is this done?
Reminder - my business IS A NEW ROBOFORM USER.

I wondered why my question as an existing long-time roboform customer was taking so long to be approved by AppSumo moderators.
So you won't do this deal for existing customers, pheew that is really bad form.
Your customers on appsumo are power users and not stupid, what do you think it says to them that you are going to give lifetime deals to new customers while continuing to charge existing customers ongoing fees.
Do you really think that after being treated like this that your existing customers are going to stay paying your fees?
They will leave and although you have many new customers your overall revenue will bleed out as existing customer find out about the appsumo deal (it will inevitably damage your reputation and credibility).
I am a Risk Manager and can tell you that as a company you are on the boundary of making a very bad decision that will have serious consequences for your brand in a very crowded marketplace.
