Q: I use lastpass free and I would like to swicht to Robo-form.
I find, hoewever, some cons restricting me from switch. Please clarify:
- it is impossible to add a complete login information from scratch - it always has to be editing something that appeared before, ie during login process. Is that correct?
- Automatic Login to Windows Apps is very poor. I tested two ERP systems - none of them worked. Something specific shloud be done except installing roboform Win App to have it working?
- is there a simple possibility to copy username with one click as it works with passwords in roboform?

May 14, 2024A: Hi there!
1) To create a login you must navigate to the website and enter in your user name and password. RoboForm will offer to save the Login. Logins cannot otherwise be manually added.
2) Out of box, RoboForm works with 95 Windows applications. If you have found one that RoboForm does not work well with, please send it to us and we'll be happy to include it in our roadmap.
3) The ability to copy a username with a single click is currently on our development roadmap.

Can you import from a spreadsheet or from an output file from another pw manager? Some of us have hundreds of logins, and we can't just log in to every service again from scratch.
