No support, no development
I should be grateful it's not out of business, and I can still use it. But I don't see any development happening, and ease-of-use things like streamlining your selection of tracking pixels by brand are no-brainers they've not implemented for years.
Also, there is a chat widget for support, but it's ignored 100% of the time. No one is home.
