Worst Appsumo ever
Rocketlink has a very bad way of responding to questions in their facebook group.
I had a pretty simple question about the way Rocketlink is handling GDPR in 2018, and they promised to get back to me. Guess what: They didn't.
Than they changed the rules of this sa,e customer community group, and now they don't want questions like this not even mentioned..
For me it is okay, if i had known I would have directed the question directly to their specific url.
But than don't call the group a community.... with the tag line 'let's get better together'.But to able to respond to something and not give a decent answer to pretty normal question baffles me as a customer and a business owner myself.
I call BS on this way of treating existing customers.....
Do NOT use this product cause it probably won't handle GDPR the right way!! Otherwise they would have had an answer for that
