Before building Role.so, I kept seeing the same problem in recruitment: candidates were receiving generic job descriptions, static PDFs, or long messages with very little context about the company, the team, or the hiring process. Recruiters had no easy way to create a better experience, personalize it for each opportunity, or understand what candidates were actually interested in. They could see whether someone replied, but not what they read, where they lost interest, or why they declined. I built Role.so to make that process more useful for both sides. Recruiters can create branded candidate pages, present the role and company clearly, track engagement, collect feedback, and use AI to generate content and analyse CVs. The goal is not to replace an ATS. It is to improve the part of recruitment that candidates actually see and experience.
