However, I’m having major issues when trying to create a submenu or add new pages like an imprint or privacy policy. The AI often doesn’t accept my inputs anymore, shows errors, or creates duplicate and incorrect content. My questions:

Every project I have done is now gone. No response from the team (that is pretty standard). That is unfortunate.

I can't use it either and all of my projects are also missing. Very frustrating. 3 month after my return period ends this happens. Pretty awful.
