Q: Is this product still supported?

No one replies to support emails, and it is not possible to create any Roundups. They all time out.

We see it's timing out when people generate Roundups with 50 products. Will be solved today!

Am I doing something wrong? I have set up the plug in, but it is making me manually "fetch" each post and then publish them - two steps. So is there another configuration step I need to do, because I can't find it in Roundups or WordPress?
