Q: Josh, TR3 Customer
Hey Josh,
1. Do I understand correctly that I can only have saved as a draft to keep my Round Ups private? What if I only want them displayed on my website, etc? Do I have to use a draft version and not the finished version?
2. I have seen multiple Travel Round Ups requests from back as far as 9 months ago. You also like the idea from each. Why have you guys not moved forward with Travel? Many have requested and you like the ideas, when can we expect this new feature?
Thanks!

Edited Dec 6, 2025A: 1. Actually.... we did add a feature for this. You can "Mark as Published". It takes a Roundup out of draft state and it's not publicly accessible on our website (unless you share it to Roundups). If you publish somewhere else, we don't know if it's private or not and lots of people use the "Copy" functions in a Roundup to export content, paste it elsewhere, and NOW mark it as Published on our side, so we treat it as Published, and stays private, at least on the Roundups domain.
2. "Travel Roundups" is a scaling strategy, not a GTM strategy. We only launched Roundups 10 months ago and Travel was not part of the GTM. Our data told us that Amazon, Clickbank, etc. would resonate with the AppSumo audience and we crushed our GTM on AppSumo. The AS users have also had the loudest voices with our product so far.
We listen to what our users want and prioritize the roadmap by making data-driven decisions. Just because I like an idea, doesn't make it a priority.
Believe me, our goal is to help you monetize with a Roundup. I'd love to see a template with a focus on Insurance and financial products because they have the highest 1-time payouts (CLTV is so high for those products, so companies are paying affiliates a ton to acquire customers). I think there should be a template for SaaS Roundups because SaaS companies pay 20-30% in RECURRING commissions. That's a huge opportunity for affiliates.
Travel Roundups is a good fit here to turn content into commerce, but more people need to help prioritize it now that we're at market. We have a long list of user requests. Travel doesn't have a ton of traction from a large enough sample of people for us to prioritize it.

I still like it... It's just very different than physical products and would require a whole development cycle to get it right. It doesn't get done with a few loud voices. It's a numbers game.

Hey Josh, Thanks Brother for your detailed explanation. It’s much appreciated. I also love the SaaS model, Credit Card Finance Model. Just curious, how many vendors do you have for SaaS, AI, etc if you were to create these template models? Thanks!
It's infinite. You can copy and paste an affiliate URL to any product into Roundups. We just provide marketplaces as a convenience. Amazon was a no brainer. Millions of products instantly and a turnkey affiliate integration with millions of users already.
