Q: Tier 1: Product imports per month yet new product import functionality is not available for Tier 1?
All future product sources and Product imports (10 on Tier 1) are stated as available for Tier 1, yet your March 17 update indicates that the new direct product import functionality is not available for Tier 1? Why not? It means users have to upgrade to Tier 2 or 3, yet this is marketed as included in all Tiers on the Plans & features table.

Mar 21, 2025A: We originally limited it to Tier 2 and.3 users because it's a new feature and we wanted to test it out with a smaller group of people, but it's been working well, Tier 1 users were begging us for access to it, so we opened it up to everyone Tier 1, 2 and 3. Enjoy.
