Q: How do we contact the support for this software?
The change email for Rumble Studio ended up in my spam folder, so I wasn’t aware of the changes. I’ve been trying to contact this company for the past few weeks, but I haven’t received any responses. I’m trying to reestablish my account on the new platform, SPoKen, as recommended in the email Rumble Studio sent out about the new operating system. I need help reaching out to this company. It’s disheartening that the support has been so lacking at this time.
Q: Are all AppSumo Tiers eligible? Feeling ghosted by Official Support channel...
My AppSumo Tier 2 is found by the migration tool, but then displays, "No eligible AppSumo LTD was found for this Rumble Studio account."
I started a conversation with Support by raising a ticket (chat interface), and received an acknowledgement 4 hours later with a request for some additional information. It's now been 2 days since any engagement.
If my AppSumo account is found, why do I not qualify for the migration?

A: As their : - you can find at the top of the Rumble Studio dashboard all the information - the spOken FAQ has a specific 🌮AppSumo section
That being said : opening a ticket in spOken will let me know to migrate your account. If the emails matches between the two apps then your LTD will be duplicated in spOken. Best, Joris
A: Hi there, While transitioning to spOken the Hubspot knowledge base has been disabled, sorry for the inconvenience. Still, just : - create an interview - enlist your domain (under branding menu) - create a "page". Contact me at [email protected] if you need pictures or extra help :)
