Quick answer: we are focusing on audio creation instead of audio hosting or audio monetization but we plan on doing them too at different time range.

1. Comparison to Podcast.co and Soundwise
1.1 Podcast.co is a hosting solution (like Google Drive but podcast oriented) with analytics/marketing on top of it. You still need to record your audio yourself before using Podcast.co. We are here to let you record and create audio (the hardest part). So you could start using Rumble then host on Podcast.co. FYI: we have almost built our own podcast hosting solution too ;)
1.2 Soundwise is more about converting existing audio into an "audio product" (they tackle the monetization part). But again: you need to create audio first ;)

2. Using Rumble results behind a paywall
Once the "public page" feature is live (https://feedback.rumble.studio/feature-requests/p/public-page-to-share-contents) we could imagine adding on top of it a restricted access to allow for your use case.

3.Assistance with podcast marketing and listeners outreach
3.1 We are not a listening app (like Spotify or Apple Podcast) but as previously said we are building the podcast hosting feature which will let you publish on those apps.
3.2 We will help with monetization but not this year I'm afraid: this should come in 2024.
3.3 We plan on helping show note generations to optimize podcast search optimization (the SEO for podcast) but same as monetization: this is not our current priority.

4.1 We are based in France
4.2 The team size is varying between 5 and 10
4.3 We registered the company end of 2020 and launch the current product last year (2022)

5. A branding kit is a collection of colors, fonts, images and audio files to gather your brand theme in one place and re-use it easily through the app.

Far from me the desire to be salesy, but you are asking about Tier 1, and considering your questions around monetization and marketing I would advise toward a Tier 2 for white-label.
