Runtheworld has no intentions of grandfathering Appsumo customers into their acquisition by EventMobi (despite the fact that many of the Appsumo customers have paid Runtheworld hundreds of dollars for their base product and for their upgrades). EventMobi does not wish to grandfather Appsumo customers either. They only are offering a 50 % discount on their pricing (pricing is hidden) for Runtheworld-Appsumo customers
Q: Interesting how "proud" of the acquisition the CEO is.
I'm sure she's making out well while hosing those of us who joined early and helped make the company valuable for the acquisition.
Many of us paid an additional $299 directly to Run The World to have unlimited sessions. There appears to be no mention about the unlimited deals or the AppSumo deals in their FAQ/email.
Anybody aware of any legal action that can be taken?

I think that this should be followed up. I think we should unite. This is illegal what they are doing.
Q: Just today got email that they got acquired.
Looks like all old purchasers will no longer have access to this software. It was not even two years.
