Q: i created a trial account to see how the event unfold.
I used a different browser to act as an attende/outsider, I felt like as if i had to login 3 times in order to join the event. (1. Register an account with run the world, nobody in the webinar industry REQUIRES the attendee to register an account with the platform... 2. Register as an attendee for the event. 3. enter my name and last name (creating my profile.) )
This is so much work for the attendee... is this because it is a free trial account?
I was hoping it would just be "enter name email" and be done just for the attendee to register for my event with 1 form, but now they have to fill 3 forms in order to join. This is crazy hard/too many steps that will kill conversion.

May 14, 2024A: Hi Valor,
The steps you describe are correct no matter the plan you are on. However, once an attendee does this once, the second time is simple to join. First, unless you create a social event on RTW, they are required to have a RTW account. When you click register, this is the first prompt you see. From there, claiming a ticket is a single click, and then Run The World has you build out a profile before joining to make events interactive. However, I appreciate this feedback and will pass it along to our product team to review if there is a way to shorten the first time user process.

+1 for this request.. could we just get them to enter email id ( same one shared with organizer) or a unique link that sets them up for the session.. this triple thingee may potentially detract
