Yet there is no way to remove the RTW branding or even minimize it. Specifically, the RTW logo on the recordings, entirely unacceptable for a paid plan. Even significant tools like Streamyard know that it is proper etiquette to remove their branding for paid users. RTW needs to evaluate their branding policies ASAP.
Two other issues that make zero sense in 2021:
1) lack of 1080p casting and recording
2) lack of an Android app
Both issues seem to be taken very casually by the RTW team. These are basic minimum features for any modern video platform and RTW's lack of urgency does not inspire confidence in the longevity of the tool.
I have enjoyed the events I've attended on RTW, but the issues outlined above have been noticeable pain points and, if not addressed, will definitely have me refunding 58 days from now.
I almost entirely agree with you. I do feel as sumolings we do need to recongize that not everything will be available immediately and we may need to wait for development (such as with the android app). But for the branding issue...absolutely with you. It makes it look like this is a free tool and I probably won't be buying if something is not done about this.
True, though many of us have been asking for an Android app for more than a year. I would have hoped some of their $4.3 million in seed funding or even their $10.8 million in Series A funding last May would have gone toward the Android app's development. It is a very large population that they are leaving out.

I can not understand why RTW creator is refusing to listen to the community.
Those aspects that you touched and the lack of translation is keeping me off the fence.
I don't see how the pretend to surpass Zoom, and they don't listen.
They should study the case of Nokia and how it lost the battle of the cel phones ´because they didn't care or listen to their users.
In my country there is an old saying that goes like this: "they are digging their own grave".
Hope the start listening before is too late.

I was ready to try this even though I already have HOPIN, but the branding of videos is a non starter and I think the per ticket fees are just way to high. I know the industry will not accept this rate as Hopin lowered their fees, I know they did not do this to be nice. I should mention Hopin did not lower our app sumo fees though, which is not really fair, so I would love another product instead. Wish I had Tried Hey SUmmit.
