This is my first time using this and got the Tier 2. Great concept but my clients thought they prefer Zoom because they experience a lot of drop call and video lag compare to this. I don't know what causes the problem considering I did not experience Zoom or FB messenger. I am with ATT Fiber 1000 Mbps business internet speed. So far no problem with Zoom but with this, there are too many times it lags, and it frustrating that it missed up my one on one presentation, how much more if I will host a big event. I'm worried and not happy for now
