There are so many features that make this a 5 taco deal. Yes, it is easy to use and the support staff appears to be very friendly and competent. The design of the site is nice and clean. The features that are offered are unique and nice to use (the group selfies, happy hour, ai-driven matching for networking events).

BUT... there are also so many decisions RTW has made that cause this to be a 1 taco deal. The limitation of only 3 sessions in an event throws out any type of multispeaker/session (especially multi-day) event. The branding and marketing overkill basically turns purchasers into people who "run an RTW event" rather than running our own event on the RTW platform. The inability to rename, rebrand, customize really hurts the deal. (Example, it sure would be nice if we could modify the emails... or even turn off the default RTW emails so that we could send our own email notifications.)

As of now, this falls into a 1 taco deal for me. (Now that's not to say other people will feel the restrictions and forced limitations work perfectly for their business.) But if we had the option to control all email notifications to our registered users, had access to more than 3 sessions per event, and had better quality video... this would jump right back up to a 5 taco deal.
