A: As I've said in response to previous questions, we're not considering offering session replays for sustainability reasons as the LTDs are at a 90%+ discount compared to our SaaS offering.

Even better, I would like Bill and team to consider mapping Tiers 4-6 to their Pro plan, but make it FINITE monthly replays and increased data retention based on tier.

That way, they have full control over sustainability which is their concern. See my suggestion below (which they’ve ignored thus far):
