Rybbit is just clean and easy with a rich set of features that we have not even fully explored. However, we have our websites connected to and get weekly reports that are actually helpful.

I also have another tool that was previously on AppSumo (the modbot made me remove the reference to the specific tool) and I really like Rybbit so much more because of all the visualizations and features. AND they do everything cookieless protecting your users privacy while still capturing the information you need to understand how your website is performing.If you do not already have a tool monitoring your website, this is a great, limited time opportunity...

Pros -

I added Rybbit a few months ago to our site as a backup to GA4 and was hoping to increase our attribution of traffic sources since so much of GA4 traffic is now "Direct".

It was easy to install the base script, but the traffic sources make no sense. For example, it lists "Outbrain" as our #1 traffic source yet we have never had an ad or any presence there. We have large Google and Facebook Ads campaigns that are under-reported in Rybbit.

I've tried multiple ways to get the Rybbit conversion events to work. In Google Tag Manager preview they are firing, but never show up in the Rybbit UI. I've emailed Rybbit support several times over 2 weeks and never got a reply.

For all the flaws of GA4, it is far superior to Rybbit -- and free.

The campaign is already over, but I would like to leave my review anyway. The truth is that I am very surprised with the quality of this software.

Visually and aesthetically it works incredibly well. The data loads correctly, the filters work very well. It has everything you need at first glance to replace Google Analytics, but not only that, but also other alternatives such as Plausible, Simple Analytics or even Publytics, which is another one I have been using for a long time and which was also on AppSumo.

Additionally, I think the limits offered on AppSumo are very fair for the price. Maybe I would like a little more data retention, perhaps five years, but other than that everything is great.
