I like the software and how unique it is. It includes both google analytics and microsoft clarity together under one roof, but when I chose to try the replay (video of user journey) , you need to upgrade to a monthly plan to access it. Should provide that feature within the plan as Microsoft Clarity, Metriks, and I believe posthog offer this free (around 5000 replays per month).
