I added Rybbit a few months ago to our site as a backup to GA4 and was hoping to increase our attribution of traffic sources since so much of GA4 traffic is now "Direct".

It was easy to install the base script, but the traffic sources make no sense. For example, it lists "Outbrain" as our #1 traffic source yet we have never had an ad or any presence there. We have large Google and Facebook Ads campaigns that are under-reported in Rybbit.

I've tried multiple ways to get the Rybbit conversion events to work. In Google Tag Manager preview they are firing, but never show up in the Rybbit UI. I've emailed Rybbit support several times over 2 weeks and never got a reply.

For all the flaws of GA4, it is far superior to Rybbit -- and free.
