First things first - this is a 3.5 star product to me right now. 3 is too low, but 4 is too high when certain features like replay not only already require upgrading to a monthly subscription, and also this fact isn’t called out up front. The limits are also a little low if you use it on any larger sites and/or start enabling any of the extra metrics/errors etc. type features.

That being said - what’s there is quite nice. UI is great — the degree of polish is awesome. Things like the journey are superb and the overall feature set otherwise seems solid. My major concern is what else will be paywalled in the future, and I really wish that at least the upcoming new higher tier plans could at least actually get all features….but if you’re ok with those caveats then this is definitely worth a look. Definitely hope to see it continue to grow and flourish.
