I have been using Sales Prophet for over a week, and i must admit, getting familiar with the interface and how each tab / task interacts with each other is a bit of a learning curve, but nothing major, especially if you watch the dozens of help videos available to you. Much better than other apps i tried in the past.

I have been facing challenges with my email provider to successfully send out campaigns, it turns out my email provider does not work well with SP, oh well ... there are dozens that work just fine, but i had to choose the one that does not :-). anyhow, Mark, Shawn and their team have done a remarkable follow up and hopefully i can have a positive resolution, on top of that, they have also listened to my feedback, and some of it is making it to the kitchen already.

I know there are plenty of good stuff coming up in SP, and plenty of enhancements too based on customer feedback, what i like the most about SP, among their large database, the simplicity of their dashboards, etc.,is that, in a way, i can customize Contact / Company fields, that can be dynamically called in the email templates. making cold emailing a personalized experience, plus, you can also import your own leads.

If you are looking for a solid product, that provides quality leads, excellent customer support, solid roadmap, a service that you don't have to test and become "beta tester" like many others around here, give it a try. We all have different needs, but hey, if there is room for improvement, let Mark and Shawn know and i am sure they will work to accommodate to the best of their abilities, new software capabilities.
