Q: Annoying Emails --> SalesBlink Lifetime account data is queued for deletion!

Thanks for replying the review comment. There is no option to reply, hence putting it here as a question / follow up from https://appsumo.com/products/salesblink/?ref=reviews#reviews
I can understand the case of millions of records and not used in 5 years. But having the same logic applied to few, hundred, or even few thousand accounts and considering the small business needs, is something that should be revised.
Over millon contacts not logged in over 1 year --> Do action
Few hundred, Thousands or less than million not logged in a year --> DONT DELETE
We buy just like other agencies buy multiple relevant products from Appsumo Lifetime deals. We may use few tools right away, others, we might use months of year later. Data deletion policy should be different for different situations. Not a one kill swtich for all!!

Completely understand your frustration here.
But since we offer Unlimited email sending + Unlimited Contact uploads for our Lifetime deal holders who have been with us for 5+ years at this point, things started to pile up. We have 100Mn+ rows or data from LifeTime Customers who no longer use the service.
We aim to provide lifetime access to all the users for next 30-50-100 years, BUT we can not store your data for next 100 years if you are never going to LOG IN.
I like your suggestion of

But since you do not know what the server costs are based on the DB we use and multiple other factors like how long users leave the data for etc - it won't be fair for you to make an exact comment on "when" to delete data.
Hence unfortunately at this time, even though I acknowledge your suggestions, we would have to go ahead with what works best for the company and customers (like you) for the long run.
Hope you can understand that we are NOT KILLING anyone's access and rather just deleting data users are not using - If you logged in and used SalesBlink anytime in the last 365 days your data would also stay intact.
