I picked up SalesBlink on AppSumo and honestly it's been one of my better LTD purchases. The platform strikes a nice balance between being approachable for someone just getting started with cold outreach and flexible enough for those of us who've been around the marketing block a few times.

What really stood out to me is the support experience. The AI bot is genuinely one of the most well-informed I've encountered on any SaaS platform — it actually answers questions rather than just redirecting you to a help doc. When I did need a live agent, the handoff was quick and the rep knew their stuff.

If you're evaluating this as your first outreach platform, the learning curve is gentle. If you're coming from another tool, you'll appreciate that it doesn't oversimplify things to the point of losing flexibility. Highly recommend.

Very easy to use, I use with our SMTP mails. No spam, no issues with deliverability. Few times had a stoppage with UX (Sequences? Why not campaigns?), but very nice with spintax and templates. Thank you!

I had been using another tool for several years and, as a very early adopter, stuck with it partly through loyalty to the Founder, and primarily because of the considerable initial “sunk-cost” plus maintaining all the ongoing monthly subscriptions for various add-ons and new “premium features” The Founder recently wrote, with very little notice, to provide profuse apologies for his company having “been acquired” – this simply meant that he sold out leaving all his founding and ongoing customers high-and-dry. What price loyalty?

Happy to say the SalesBlink popped up at just the right time to save the day. The biggest win for me is the sheer number of unlimited features—especially unlimited emails, email senders and mailboxes. That’s removed so much friction from my workflow, letting me run multi-domain campaigns without constantly worrying about caps or extra costs.

What really stood out this time was how smooth the setup and onboarding felt. With previous tools, I’ve hit painful learning curves that wasted days, but SalesBlink was intuitive from day one. I was up and running faster than I expected, (largely perhaps due to my previous experience with this software sector) and the automation flows, despite not always being visually appealing/perfect, just clicked and worked!!!

Software in this category needs careful setup and attention to detaii. It's not perfect – (eg dashboard stats/reporting often seems to ‘lag’ quite a bit and UI/UX sometime a bit "unrefined") but well towards getting there for my use case and from what I’ve experienced thus far the support is quick and responsive.

When one door closes, there’s usually another to be opened, and for me SalesBlink has proved to be the perfect solution, and a big step up from what I was previously using, both in terms of cost and functionality. An easy 5 tacos from me.

I like it overall - especially how youre able to send unlimited and dont need to think about scaling. Bulk upload is easy but they also provide emails inside the platform dfy which is awesome to have everything in one place.

Really a horrible experience. I am trying to login to my SalesBlink Account but their login page is not working. Contacted support, they suggest me to clear the browser cache, try another device or another network. I've tried everything but still unable to login to my account.
