Q: I have Tier 4 lifetime unlimited account. Getting account deletion email without use!!

I have Tier 4 lifetime unlimited account. I've not been actively using it though, but have plans to use it sooner. Today, I got emails about account deletion with the following wording. With lifetime unlimited account, we should NOT have account deletion whether a customer is using it or not. Second, I had 3-4 account created and none of those are able to login!!
Hi there, you are receiving this message because it has been 6 months since you logged into your SalesBlink account, your data will be automatically deleted unless you login in the next 5 days.
