Hi, I have Tier 4 lifetime unlimited account. I've not been actively using it though, but have plans to use it sooner. Today, I got emails about account deletion with the following wording. With lifetime unlimited account, we should NOT have account deletion whether a customer is using it or not. Second, I had 3-4 account created and none of those are able to login!! Hi there, you are receiving this message because it has been 6 months since you logged into your SalesBlink account, your data will be automatically deleted unless you login in the next 5 days.
Their old support email no longer works, and even the collabs email at their contact's page isn't working either. https://salesblink.io/contact-us Pretty interesting for an email related company.
Why am I being threatened by this via email? When was this disclosed or consented to prior to purchase? Appsumo please have your legal team look into this so you're not deemed complicit.
Cannot login, says my login details are incorrect. I try to recover my password and don't receive anything. I tried to use magiclink and doesn't work either... but before I tried any of this I received 6 emails saying "you are receiving this message because it has been 6 months since you logged into your SalesBlink account, your data will be automatically deleted unless you login in the next 5 days.". What?!
