SalesBlink

Product details

Q: I've recently purchased SalesBlink and I'm excited to explore its features for my marketing needs.

However, I would like some clarification regarding the email sending process. From my understanding, it seems that SalesBlink requires users to integrate their own SMTP server or Google account for email marketing campaigns. Is that correct?

If so, this approach might limit my ability to reach my audience effectively due to provider restrictions. My provider imposes a daily sending limit of 8,000 emails and a maximum of 100 emails every 20 minutes. As I need to send marketing emails to approximately 15,000 contacts, I'm concerned that these limitations might hinder my campaign performance.

Could you kindly confirm if SalesBlink exclusively relies on the user's SMTP or Google account for sending emails? Alternatively, do you offer any other solutions, similar to Mailchimp, where the platform handles the email delivery directly?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter and any advice you can provide to help me achieve my marketing goals efficiently.

Thank you for your time and support.

A: Hey,

You are correct, you will need to use your own SMTP server or google account for sending emails.

If you are connecting Google (Gmail) then the limit depends on whatever Gmail decides.

Yes Google or your SMTP provider will limit the number of emails you can send, but that's why we allow you to connect unlimited email addresses.
